Information we use

When you create an account, our authentication provider, Supabase, processes your email address, password credentials, and sign-in information. Account emails include confirmation, sign-in links, and password recovery.

We store your account identifier and the workouts you log, including workout names and dates, exercises, weights, sets, repetitions, durations where used, and progression weights. Workouts are associated with your account rather than published as a public profile.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please do not send passwords or sign-in links.

Cookies and storage on your device

Authentication cookies and browser storage help maintain your session. Local storage also remembers your theme, upper-body workout choice, and drafts of guided workout exercises. These drafts may remain on a shared device after signing out; clearing this site’s browser data removes them and may also sign you out.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics tools, or a marketing mailing list.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the app, Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Resend delivers account emails. These providers process information needed to operate their services, which can include IP addresses, browser information, delivery records, and technical logs.

Information may be processed outside your country depending on the providers’ infrastructure and configuration.

Retention and deletion

Your saved workouts remain available while your account is active. You can delete individual workouts from your workout history or delete your account from the account menu. Deleting your account removes its authentication record and linked workout and progression records from the active database.

Account deletion does not recall emails already delivered or automatically remove browser drafts, support correspondence, provider logs, or records in existing backups. Backup copies are kept separately for recovery and are not immediately erased by account deletion. We do not currently have a fixed backup retention period.

Security and updates

We use authentication and server-side access checks to protect account information. No online service can guarantee complete security. This page will be updated as the app’s data practices change.
